|This is your usual 1500th of a second action shot and the effect it gives.|
Surfphotography is one of those things that usually requires good light to make it happen, given that you are trying to freeze the action at shutter speeds of 1500th of a second and higher, the sun really needs to be shining. So on Friday when i got down to the 'Hoek' and found it to be partly cloudy i figured why not experiment a little . I decided to play with my shutter speed and shot between a 6th and a 15th of a second, the success ratio wasn't as high as shooting at 1500th of a second but when the elements did come together i think the results were really successful and all in all im pretty stoked with the effect.
